Inspire leadership programme

A programme for managers and leaders to support leadership development across a broad range of relevant professional topics.

Inspire attendees will gain confidence and skills across leadership topics to guide managers/leaders on managing and supporting their teams and the professional development of the leaders themselves.

Moya Cole Hospice’s Inspire Leadership Development Programme has joined the University of Salford’s QCPD (Quality Continuous Professional Development) family! Inspire has been officially certified by the University of Salford after it was put through the QCPD application process.

What does this mean?

The certification verifies the professional quality of Inspire and its true learning value. This university stamp of approval carries the weight of their rigorous processes and excellent reputation. Inspire will continue to be delivered to all leaders who join Moya Cole Hospice, as well as being advertised on the University’s website. This certification shows the hospice is dedicated to being a leader for education and development.

Delivered face-to-face across our Heald Green and Little Hulton hospice sites. Locations for each date are noted in the ‘current course dates’ section below.

7.5 non-consecutive days (see course dates below)

Managers and other leaders keen to develop their skills in leadership to support the growth of their team and themselves.

Cost

£850

The cost is per delegate for the 11 modules over nine non-consecutive days.

Please note: Attendance is required at all dates to complete the programme and receive a certificate. If you do not attend one of the days, we will not be able to provide a full or partial refund. If you would like a refund for this course you would need to notify us 30 days prior to the first day of training, otherwise no refund will be provided.
