Online Will provider

We've partnered with Make a Will Online so that you can make a Will for a small fee and support Moya Cole Hospice at the same time, year-round – not just during Will Month.

No one knows what the future holds, and life-changing moments can happen when you least expect them. Making a Will and letting your family and friends know your wishes is vital, and it can be a lot more affordable and straightforward than you may think.

Planning your Will has never been simpler or more secure. Moya Cole Hospice works in partnership with Make a Will Online, an online Will-writing service, to give supporters a clear and trusted way to put their wishes into writing and support the hospice at the same time: Make your Will for a small fee, and they will donate £20 to Moya Cole Hospice.

Make a Will Online has been developed by fully qualified solicitors, and is registered with the Fundraising Regulator as a trusted organisation. This means that they follow the Code of Fundraising Practice.

To get started, simply go to their website at makeawillonline.co.uk/moyacolehospice.

You’ll be guided through each stage of the process and every Will is carefully reviewed by a fully qualified solicitor. If you have any legal questions, professional support is available along the way. Your will also benefits from complimentary protection through Capacity Vault, helping to safeguard your wishes for the future. To offer this service without cost to the charity, supporters are asked to pay a one-off fee of £60 plus VAT at the end of the Will-writing process.

Making a will in person

You may prefer to speak with a solicitor face to face, particularly if you already have legal support in place. We strongly recommend in-person advice if your estate may be above the inheritance tax threshold, or if your circumstances are more complex, such as involving trusts, overseas assets.

If capacity or medication is a concern, meeting a solicitor in person can provide additional reassurance. You can find a qualified professional in your area via the Law Society website.

Please ensure your solicitor uses the full charity details below:

Your privacy

When you choose to make a Will online, certain information is collected, such as your contact details, year of birth and general information about any gift you decide to include to us. This can help us understand how supporters are choosing to remember Moya Cole Hospice.  If you give consent, we may contact you to say thank you and keep you updated about our work. We also fully respect that some supporters prefer to leave a gift privately. If you would like to do this without sharing your details, you can use this service here.

However you choose to support us, we are truly grateful for your kindness and generosity.
