Please read our shop return policy for more information about refunds and exchanges in our shops.

Refunds Policy

A refund/exchange or credit note will be given on a donated item within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must still have the Moya Cole Hospice swing ticket attached and the receipt must be present.

No refund/exchange or credit note will be given on donated goods without a receipt.

A refund/exchange or credit note will be given on New Goods within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

If there is no proof of purchase a credit note will be issued to the value of the last selling price.

Faults/Reductions

Please note that faults with items are taken into consideration at the time of pricing. Any queries must be referred to the Shop Manager.
