Hospice Band 5, Competency Based Pay Framework (£30,869 – £38,018 pro rata). Enhancements of between 30% and 60% for weekends, bank holidays, unsocial hours

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, including nights)
Day 7:00am – 7:30pm
Night 7:00pm – 7:30am
* 11.5 hours per shift and a 60-minute break.

The Role
The Staff Nurse delivers compassionate specialist palliative care, working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high standards on each shift. Responsibilities include planning, evaluating, and supervising patient care, supporting learners and unregistered staff, and contributing to service delivery across sites when needed. Career development is supported through a unique competency-based framework.

The successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Check, the cost of which is covered by the hospice.
