Celebration Giving

Turn your celebration into a gift for Moya Cole Hospice by encouraging loved ones to donate on your special day.

Turn your celebrations into a fundraiser and help make a difference to Moya Cole Hospice. Whether it’s your birthday, wedding, retirement or any other occasion, you can make your day even more special by encouraging your loved ones to make a donation to the hospice.

Celebration Giving raises vital funds for our hospice every month, generating income that enables our teams to continue to deliver outstanding care and support to our patients, their families, friends and carers.

Without generous donations from our supporters, we couldn’t continue to provide care to the Greater Manchester community, and we would like to thank everyone who turns their special day into one of giving to Moya Cole Hospice.

It’s really simple to do, you can set up a Facebook Fundraiser (see below) or a JustGiving page and ask your guests to donate.

Set up your JustGiving page today.

Or you can pay in any money raised at your celebration over the phone, online or by post – whatever you prefer. Find out how you can pay money in here.

Facebook Fundraisers

Did you know that you can fundraise through your Facebook profile? It’s a fantastic way to encourage your friends, family and colleagues to give to Moya Cole Hospice and it can be done with a click of a button.

Facebook donates 100% of the profits to your chosen charity, ensuring the hospice receives all the funds from your supporters.

The fundraisers can be tailored to your specific celebration. Facebook will also send you a notification around your birthday to encourage you to set up a fundraiser that marks your special day.

We’ll provide the information about Moya Cole Hospice but you do have the option to customise your dedication, so you can let your friends know why the hospice is so special to you!

John’s 70th birthday

Supporter John and his wife Carolyn turned John’s 70th birthday party into a celebration for the hospice – a gesture which raised £800.

When you reach your 70s, you don't really have anything to ask for and we thought the party was a good way for people to contribute. John, Supporter
