Gift in Wills event has been postponed
The free Gift in Wills event set to take place on March 21st is now postponed until a future date
Moya Cole Hospice will be holding a free Gift in Wills event at the Corpaq Stadium in Salford in March. This event has now been postponed to a future date
The informational event will discuss how to leave a gift in your Will to the hospice. It will also provide an opportunity to hear updates about the hospice, the care and services we provide, and our plans for the future.
The huge impact of leaving a gift in your Will has for the hospice will also be discussed, and IMD Solicitors will speak about how easy it is to make a Will and leave that special gift.
Breakfast refreshments will be provided and those in attendance will have the opportunity to speak to clinical and non-clinical staff from the hospice and ask any questions.

Philanthropy Lead at Moya Cole Hospice, Heather Bennett said: “Legacy and in-memory donations account for around third of all donations to Moya Cole Hospice, and contribute significantly towards the care we provide to those with life limiting illnesses; helping fund the costs of day therapy services, Hospice @ Home services and so much more.
Quite often the Wills that tend to hit the headlines seem to be huge amounts or something really ‘interesting’ or a really unique item someone has left as part of a collection but the fact is, the vast majority of gifts from Wills that we receive aren’t huge but together these gifts make a huge difference to the care we can provide our patients and their loved ones Heather Bennett, Philanthropy Lead, Moya Cole Hospice
“Even 1% of somebody’s Will can make a massive difference for the hospice, leaving 99% for their loved ones,” she said.
