It was an absolute pleasure visiting Moya Cole Hospice. It was really informative to talk with the staff, look around, and understand the services they provide to our local community and beyond. I think what they do here is something really special, something we should treasure, and, as a local MP, something I will support to ensure it is preserved for the future Michael Wheeler , MP for Worsley and Eccles
The MP was talked through the work that Moya Cole Hospice in Little Hulton conducts, from caring for patients on the inpatient unit, providing outpatient services through the Being You Centre, supporting those with Lymphoedema, supporting families and loved ones, and so much more.
It was wonderful speaking with Michael this morning and we thank him for allowing us time to showcase the importance of hospice care and how vital it is to our community. The whole hospice sector is facing difficult challenges ahead in terms of funding, so it is warming to see Michael’s support for end-of-life care Rachel McMillan, Chief Executive of Moya Cole Hospice
