Moya Cole Hospice is celebrating Second Hand September

Moya Cole Hospice is celebrating Second Hand September, a month-long campaign to promote shopping second hand. 

Our charity shops are getting involved with themed window displays celebrating second-hand shopping and showcasing the great finds waiting inside at most of our shops.  

We have seven charity shops, including four in the Stockport borough: Stockport town centre (old town), Edgeley, Romiley and Heald Green. 

You can also shop pre-loved wherever suits you with online stores on eBay and Vinted. 

We hold legendary clearance sales at our Reddish distribution centre. The next one is on Saturday 26 September, 9am–11am, with everything – including bric-a-brac, books, homeware and textiles – priced at 50p or less. This is a great way to take part in Second Hand September 

So whether you’re looking for clothes, homeware, books or something completely unexpected, it’s the perfect month to pop into a Moya Cole Hospice shop and see what you can find! Give items a second life and support the hospice this September. 

Moya Cole Hospice is also asking for donated goods to our charity shops. That pile of clothes and who-knows-what-else that you’ve been meaning to sell online? The one that’s been sitting there for far too long, only ever growing and never going down?
