Moya Cole Hospice and Molly Lou Home Fragrance launch another candle

Moya Cole Hospice has once again teamed up with Molly Lou Home Fragrance to release another candle which will make a perfect gift for a loved one this Mother’s Day. 

The hospice previously teamed up with Molly Lou Home Fragrances to release a Mandarin and Sandalwood fragranced candle shortly before Christmas, which has proved popular and almost sold out 

This new candle, developed once again with our complementary therapists, features a balanced fragrance combining bergamot and patchouli. 

According to Molly Lou Home Fragrance, the “bergamot provides a light citrus top note, commonly used in fragrance to add freshness and brightness. Patchouli forms the base note, offering a deeper, earthy and slightly woody aroma that helps create a longer-lasting scent in the room.” 

As the candle burns, the citrus notes appear first before gradually blending with the richer patchouli base. The result is a well-rounded fragrance that is fresh without being sharp and warm without being overpowering. 

The scent was chosen to reflect the calming, comforting environment the hospice creates for patients and families every day. 

The candle may be purchased via the Moya Cole Hospice online shop and in our selected charity shops across Greater Manchester, including Edgeley, Romiley, Stockport, Heald Green and Altrincham. It will also be available in our hospice receptions in Heald Green and Little Hulton. Last orders for the online shop for delivery by Mother’s Day is Thursday at 1pm for standard delivery, and Friday at 1pm for tracked 24-hour delivery.
